制备孔结构可调控炭膜对焦化废水应用处理

【摘要】:膜分离技术是一项应用前景广泛的技术,而炭膜是以煤或高分子聚合物为原料制备的含有极其丰富微孔隙结构一种新型多孔无机膜。因其成本低廉、耐高温、耐腐蚀及机械强度较高等优点,在纯水制备、废水处理等领域具有较高的开发价值。论文以煤为原料,懫用半干法压制成型,经干燥、炭化制备出炭膜。考察了不同煤种配比对炭膜性能的影响,利用气体泡压法等对炭膜的结构和性能进行表征,并且采用以丙烯酰胺为单体进行溶液聚合来对炭膜表面进行接枝亲水基团的改性研究,探讨了不同条件下制备的炭膜对高浓度焦化废水分离试验,试验结果表明:当焦煤占混煤的比例为40%,成型压力为20MPa,炭化终温为950℃时制备的炭膜结构性能相对较好;并将其用于处理高浓度焦化废水,废水中的COD去除率达到50%。在此基础之上的改性研究发现,当丙烯酰胺单体用量占油水质量比为5%、反应温度50℃、反应时间为4h时,炭膜的性能进一步提高,其处理焦化废水时,废水中的COD去除率可达69%。因此通过改变不同煤种的配比可以调控炭膜的孔结构尺寸及孔径分布,通过引入亲水基团能够进一步提升炭膜处理焦化废水的能力,可以减少高浓度焦化废水进入生化处理站所需补充的新水,达到节能减排的目的。
[Abstract]:Membrane separation technology is a promising technology, and carbon membrane is a new kind of porous inorganic membrane, which is made from coal or polymer. Because of its advantages of low cost, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, it has high development value in the fields of pure water preparation, wastewater treatment and so on. In this paper, coal was used as raw material and carbon film was prepared by semi-dry compaction and carbonization. The effects of different coal ratios on the properties of carbon membranes were investigated. The structure and properties of carbon membranes were characterized by gas bubble pressure method. The modification of hydrophilic groups on the surface of carbon membrane by solution polymerization with acrylamide as monomer was studied. The separation of high concentration coking wastewater by carbon membrane prepared under different conditions was discussed. The results show that when the ratio of coking coal to mixed coal is 40, the molding pressure is 20 MPA, the final temperature of carbonization is 950 鈩,
