碱矿渣混凝土的动态冲击力学性能试验研究

【摘要】:以矿粉为胶凝材料,水玻璃、NaOH和水的混合液为激发剂制备直径为50 mm,厚度分别为25、35、50 mm的碱矿渣混凝土动态冲击性能试件,采用直径为准50的直锥变截面分离式霍普金森压杆对其进行动态冲击压缩性能试验,结果表明:碱矿渣混凝土属于应变率敏感性材料,随着应变率的提高,动态冲击强度增大;应变率相同,峰值应力随试件厚度增厚而增大;动态冲击荷载作用下的强度较静态荷载下的强度明显提高,材料的应变率敏感阀值为37.3 s~(-1);材料的峰值韧度随应变率增大而提高,表现出较好的能量吸收特性。
[Abstract]:Using mineral powder as cementitious material and the mixture of sodium hydroxide and water as activators, the dynamic impact test specimens of alkali slag concrete with a diameter of 50 mm and a thickness of 25 ~ 35 mm were prepared. The dynamic impact compression test of straight tapered split Hopkinson compression bar with quasi-50 diameters is carried out. The results show that alkali slag concrete is a strain rate-sensitive material, and the dynamic impact strength increases with the increase of strain rate. The strain rate is the same, the peak stress increases with the thickness of the specimen, the strength under dynamic impact load is obviously higher than that under static load, the strain rate sensitive threshold of the material is 37.3 s ~ (-1), and the peak toughness of the material increases with the increase of the strain rate. It shows better energy absorption characteristics.
