改性聚环氧琥珀酸的合成及其阻垢缓蚀机理研究

【摘要】:以马来酸酐为主要原料制得聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA),再对PESA进行改性,制得一种性价比更高的绿色阻垢缓蚀剂改性聚环氧琥珀酸(CSN-PESA)。与PESA相比,CSN-PESA对碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢的阻垢率分别提高了6%和20.1%,缓蚀率提高了20.2%,成本下降5%。当循环冷却水中的Ca2+≤350 mg/L时,CSN-PESA的阻垢效果最好。
[Abstract]:Polyepoxysuccinic acid ( PESA ) was prepared with maleic anhydride as the main raw material , and the PESA was modified to produce a kind of green scale inhibitor modified polyepoxysuccinic acid ( CSN - PESA ) with higher cost performance . Compared with PESA , the scale inhibition rate of CSN - PESA was increased by 6 % and 20.1 % , the corrosion inhibition rate was increased by 20.2 % , and the cost decreased by 5 % .
