高导热硅砖在焦炉上的应用

【摘要】:为了探讨高导热硅砖在焦炉上的节能效果,从物理性能和显微结构等方面阐述了高导热硅砖的特点,计算了采用高导热硅砖时燃烧室的温度,介绍了高导热硅砖的实际使用情况。结果表明:相比普通硅砖,高导热硅砖的气孔孔径小,致密度高;在炭化室热工参数不变的前提下,使用高导热硅砖时燃烧室内火焰温度可以降低约41℃;实际应用显示,在焦炉炭化室炉墙砌筑高导热硅砖可以带来可观的经济效益,同时能减少有害气体排放。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the energy saving effect of high thermal conductivity silicon brick on coke oven, the characteristics of high thermal conductivity silicon brick are expounded from the aspects of physical properties and microstructure, and the temperature of combustion chamber with high thermal conductivity silicon brick is calculated. The practical application of high thermal conductivity silicon brick is introduced. The results show that the pore diameter of high thermal conductive silicon brick is smaller and the density is higher than that of common silicon brick, and the flame temperature of combustion chamber can be reduced by 41 鈩,
