T型分子筛膜在清液体系中的制备优化

【摘要】:采用二次生长法,通过在α-Al_2O_3载体管表面热浸渍涂晶,在摩尔比为n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3):n(Na_2O):n(K_2O):n(H_2O)=54.0:1.0:15.5:5.3:863.2的清液体系中制备了T型分子筛膜。通过X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对合成膜的结构和形貌进行了表征,研究了大小晶种匹配方式晶种浓度、晶化时间和晶化温度对T型分子筛膜性能的影响。结果表明:第1次预涂浓度为10 g/L大晶种,第2次预涂浓度为5 g/L小晶种,合成温度为155℃,合成时间为6 h时,在清液体系中可成功制备T型沸石膜;将合成得到的T型分子筛膜用于70℃渗透汽化分离90%异丙醇-水体系,其渗透通量和分离因数分别可达到1.40 kg/(m~2·h)和2 318。
[Abstract]:A T - type zeolite membrane was prepared by hot dip coating on the surface of 伪 - Al _ 2O _ 3 support tube . The structure and morphology of the synthetic membrane were characterized by X - ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope . The results showed that the first precoating concentration was 10 g / L seed crystal , the second precoating concentration was 5 g / L , the synthesis temperature was 155 鈩,
