镍掺杂二氧化钛的化学态分析

【摘要】:对镍掺杂的TiO_2进行了化学态分析。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备5mol%Ni掺杂TiO_2粉末,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描透射式电子显微镜(STEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、傅里叶变换拉曼光谱仪(FT-Raman)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)来对样品的相变过程和化学态进行分析。结果表明:掺杂Ni抑制了TiO_2的相转变和晶粒长大,并拓宽了TiO_2的可见光谱吸收范围。随着加热温度的升高,Ni掺杂TiO_2的晶格氧峰增强而吸附氧峰降低,同时Ti2p_(3/2)结合能减小。
[Abstract]:The chemical state analysis of nickel doped TIO _ 2 was carried out. The 5mol Ni doped TiO-2 powder was prepared by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy (FT-Raman) and UV-visible spectrophotometer were used. UV-Vis is used to analyze the phase transition process and chemical state of the sample. The results show that the doping of Ni inhibits the phase transition and grain growth of TIO _ 2 and widens the visible absorption range of TIO _ 2. With the increase of heating temperature, the lattice oxygen peak increases and the adsorption oxygen peak decreases, and the binding energy of Ti _ 2p _ (3 / 2) decreases.
