微波低介电陶瓷锶长石的制备与研究

【摘要】:通过使用高岭土替代Al_2O_3和SiO_2,制备了锶长石陶瓷,以Al_2O_3和SiO_2为变化因素,在不同的温度下进行了正交实验,运用微波矢量网络分析仪和XRD进行综合分析。结果证明:用高岭土替代Al_2O_3和SiO_2,能使锶长石的烧结温度降低200℃左右。在烧结温度范围内,随着烧结温度的提高,Q值明显提高,原因是温度较低时,反应不完全。实验所得的最佳烧结温度是1360℃。在微波频段锶长石具有低于2.9的介电常数和高于1000的品质因数,达到了实用指标。在我们的实验中当Al_2O_3和SiO_2的摩尔量之比为0.5,碳酸锶的含量为1mol,氧化铝的含量为1.08mol时,在测试频率为18.005GHz时,介电常数可低到2.86,Q值为1071,迄今为止未见同类报道。锶长石陶瓷是一种很有希望的微波低介材料。掺杂B_2O_3、Y_2O_3和ZrO_2均对锶长石的介电性能产生了影响,B~(3+)离子和Zr~(4+)离子较易进入晶格,而Y~(3+)离子较多的富集于晶界上,富集于晶界上的离子会明显降低材料的Q值。其中掺杂B_2O_3最优,当掺杂B_2O_3的含量为0.035mol时,样品的介电常数为2.85,Q值为1195。
