膜法除硝工艺的优化与改造

【摘要】:在氯碱工业生产过程中,膜法除硝工艺是一种借助于选择透过(半透过)性膜的功能,以压力差为推动力的膜分离技术。本文通过对膜法除硝技术在离子膜烧碱工艺过程中的应用进行了阐述,并对生产过程中出现的问题进了分析和改进。主要工作如下:1、离子膜烧碱工艺过程中,盐水中的硫酸根来自原盐本身和生产中产生的硫酸,它累积在系统中无法去除,它会影响离子膜电解槽的正常生产。为降低整个系统硫酸根含量,本论文通过除硝方法对比分析,确立了膜法除硝工艺的实际应用可行性,并投入生产。2、针对膜法除硝冷冻离心单元的兑卤槽原工艺过程中蒸发器压力上升快,且冲洗效果不佳的问题进行数据采集和分析,通过工艺改造对装置进行了优化。3、膜法除硝的CIM膜运行周期较短,运行成本较高,本论文通过采用清洗、修复等技术延长了膜的使用寿命,一定程度上降低了膜的使用成本。4、工业园区中一期膜法除硝装置产能不足,无法满55万吨/年离子膜烧碱的生产需要。本论文通过方案讨论、成本对比、可行性分析研究,确立并利用原有的厂房和设备进行扩能增产项目,提升除硝处理能力,满足了生产需要。5、工业园区膜法除硝装置副产芒硝产量较大,外运成本较高,为降低经济成本,装置采取加装芒硝输送皮带机运送副产芒硝至新增收集池,统一定期外运,而且对加装的皮带机进行更优化改造,既降低了运行成本,也提高了工作效率。6、膜法除硝两套装置共同运行时,公用部分管线存在结晶现象,导致设备运行不良。通过对管线进行分流改造、并加装蒸汽管线,解决了运行中出现的问题,保证了设备的正常运行。
[Abstract]:In the process of chlor-alkali production, membrane denitrification is a kind of membrane separation technology, which is driven by pressure difference by means of selective (semi-permeable) membrane function. In this paper, the application of membrane denitrification in ionic membrane caustic soda process is described, and the problems in production are analyzed and improved. The main work is as follows: 1. In the process of ionic membrane caustic soda, the sulfate in brine comes from the raw salt itself and the sulfuric acid produced in production, which accumulates in the system can not be removed, it will affect the normal production of ionic membrane electrolyzer. In order to reduce the sulphate content in the whole system, the feasibility of the membrane denitrification process was established by comparing and analyzing the method of denitrification. And put into production. 2. In view of the problem that the evaporator pressure rises quickly and the washing effect is not good in the original process of membrane denitrification freezing centrifuge unit, the data is collected and analyzed. The operation period of CIM membrane with membrane denitrification is shorter and the running cost is higher. The service life of the membrane has been prolonged by cleaning and repairing technology in this paper. To a certain extent, the use cost of membrane is reduced by .4.The production capacity of the first stage membrane denitrification unit in the industrial park is insufficient to meet the production requirement of 550000 tons / a ionic membrane caustic soda. Through the project discussion, cost comparison, feasibility analysis and study, this paper establishes and uses the original plant and equipment for capacity expansion and production increase project to enhance the capacity of denitrification treatment. In order to reduce the economic cost, the equipment adopted the addition of belt conveyor to transport the by-product of mirabilite to the new collection pool, and to unify the regular shipping, the output of the by-product of the membrane nitrate removal plant in the industrial park was larger and the cost of shipping out was higher, so as to reduce the economic cost. Moreover, the belt machine is optimized and reformed, which not only reduces the running cost, but also improves the working efficiency. When the two sets of equipment are operated together, the common parts of the pipeline are crystallized, which leads to the poor operation of the equipment. The problems in operation are solved and the normal operation of the equipment is ensured by reconstructing the pipeline and installing the steam pipeline.
