Klebsiella sp.分批发酵棉秆水解糖液产氢动力学研究

【摘要】:采用Klebsiella sp.WL1316分批发酵棉秆水解糖液生产生物氢,研究了菌株产氢过程中的菌体生长、生物氢合成和还原糖消耗动力学。结果表明,Logistic方程较好地拟合了Klebsiella sp.WL1316的菌体生长动力学,计算得X_(max)和μ_(max)分别为16.400 0和0.004 0,模型拟合的相关系数为0.946 8。以Leudeking-Piret方程为基础建立的菌株生物氢合成动力学模型,其拟合的相关系数达0.972 9,表明该模型拟合情况良好。棉秆水解糖液中葡萄糖和木糖消耗动力学模型拟合结果表明,菌体生长及生物氢合成两者与底物消耗相关系数K_(X/S)分别为0.004 1和0.013 1,且拟合的相关系数均高于0.900 0,说明建立的动力学方程是可靠的。
[Abstract]:The biomass growth, biosynthesis and reducing sugar consumption kinetics of the strain during hydrogen production were studied by using Klebsiella sp.WL1316 batch fermentation of cotton stalk hydrolysate to produce biological hydrogen. The results showed that the growth kinetics of Klebsiella sp.WL1316 was well fitted by Logistic equation. The calculated values of X _ (max) and 渭 _ (max) were 16.400 and 0.004, respectively, and the correlation coefficient of model fitting was 0.946 8. The correlation coefficient of biohydrogen biosynthesis kinetic model based on Leudeking-Piret equation was 0.972, which indicated that the model fitted well. The kinetic model of glucose consumption and xylose consumption in the hydrolyzed sugar solution of cotton stalk showed that, The correlation coefficients between biomass growth and biosynthesis and substrate consumption were 0.004 1 and 0.013 1, respectively, and the fitted correlation coefficients were higher than 0.900 0, which indicated that the kinetic equation was reliable.
