微波焙烧—酸浸法制备人造金红石

【摘要】:天然金红石和人造金红石是提炼金属钛的重要矿物原料之一,同时是生产高档电焊条和金红石型钛白粉的最佳原料。目前,可利用的高品位天然金红石的供应量急剧减少,探索一种在较低的能源消耗和较小的环境污染下生产人造金红石的方法已经日趋迫切。因此,从可以大量利用的钛渣资源中制备人造金红石成为一种发展趋势。与此同时,开发一种环保、节能的生产人造金红石的新方法,成为全球科学家的研究重点。本文以西南某地出产的高钛渣为研究对象,通过运用微波加热技术和一些其他技术方法,提出了一种新型冶炼工艺,用来制备人造金红石。通过分析酸浸-焙烧工艺处理后的产物,可以发现:随着Na2CO3/钛渣质量比、保温时间、微波焙烧温度以及硫酸的浓度的变化,Ti3O5型固溶体开始消失,金红石TiO2生成。物料表面发生比较大的变化,在表面出现裂痕,而且有棒状物体出现。通过对实验参数进行响应曲面优化,结果表明,当Na2CO3/钛渣质量比为0.30时,在焙烧温度850℃下保温60 min为最优实验方案。此时,TiO2含量的预测值为94.11%,实验值为94.24%,其相对误差为0.14%。本文将微波活化焙烧-酸浸新工艺用于处理高钛渣,取得了良好的效果,为大量生产高档电焊条和金红石型钛白粉提供了良好的条件。
[Abstract]:Natural rutile and manmade rutile are one of the important mineral materials for the extraction of titanium, and the best raw materials for the production of high grade electrode and rutile titanium dioxide. At present, the available supply of high grade natural rutile has been reduced sharply, so it is increasingly urgent to explore a method to produce artificial rutile under lower energy consumption and less environmental pollution. Therefore, the preparation of artificial rutile from the large amount of titanium slag resources has become a development trend. At the same time, the development of an environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient method for the production of artificial rutile has become the focus of global scientists. In this paper, a new smelting process for the preparation of artificial rutile is proposed by using microwave heating technology and some other technical methods, taking the high titanium slag produced in southwest China as the research object. By analyzing the product of acid leaching and calcination process, it can be found that with the change of Na2CO3/ slag mass ratio, holding time, microwave calcination temperature and sulfuric acid concentration, the Ti _ 3O _ 5 solid solution begins to disappear and rutile TiO2 is formed. The surface of the material has a relatively large change, cracks appear on the surface, and there are rod-shaped objects. By optimizing the experimental parameters, the experimental results show that when the mass ratio of Na2CO3/ titanium slag is 0.30, the optimal experimental scheme is to keep heat preservation for 60 min at the calcination temperature of 850 鈩,
