采用套筒加压成型装置制备干硬性再生混凝土研究

【摘要】:干硬性再生混凝土是一种快硬早强的绿色建材,符合建筑产业现代化发展需求。根据试块加压成型需要,在塑料试模基础上设计出一种干硬性混凝土试块套筒加压成型装置。利用该装置完成了再生粗骨料取代率为100%的干硬性再生混凝土制备研究。结果表明,干硬性再生混凝土抗压强度随着成型压力的增大先升高后降低;当水温为(25±3)℃时,水中养护优于标准养护,可使干硬性再生混凝土抗压强度提高约20%。
[Abstract]:Dry-hard recycled concrete is a kind of green building materials, which meets the needs of the modernization of construction industry. According to the pressure forming requirement of the test block, a pressure forming device for dry and hard concrete test sleeve was designed on the basis of the plastic test mold. The preparation of recycled hard recycled concrete with 100% replacement rate of coarse aggregate was completed by using this device.
