新型石英熔融炉节能加热系统研究与设计

【摘要】:本文针对连云港投产的石英熔融炉中,石英砂被加热不均匀,石墨电极使用成本高,石英熔融炉耗能大的问题,研究并设计一种新型石英熔融炉节能加热系统。本文围绕上述方面内容做如下工作:1)为了比较不同粒径的石英砂对最终熔融石英产物的影响,对石英砂进行破碎,磨粉和筛分预处理,对粒径为75um的石英砂的熔点和比热容进行测量。通过比较不同粒径,不同质量的石英砂被中频电磁感应炉加热熔融后的产物,得出以下结论:粒径在6-50mm的石英砂,在电磁感应炉中被加热到1800℃以上可以得到外观上符合要求的熔融石英。2)自行设计并搭建新型石英熔融炉节能加热系统,实验系统包括:大功率输出电源,以串联方式连接的石墨加热元件,由氮化硼粉末、氧化镁粉末、高温耐火砖、硅酸铝毛毡多层结构组成的保温层,以及水冷散热系统。本文主要分析了1300℃之前,熔融炉实验台内各测量点的温度分布与变化,得到以下结论:石墨加热元件内侧用氮化硼粉末,外侧用氧化镁粉末,加热过程中保温层可以达到预期效果。在实验数据的基础上对石英熔融炉实验台进行数值模拟,将模拟值与实验值进行比较分析后进行参数修正。3)以前文数值仿真得到的结果为基础,使用修正后的参数,重新构建三段式连续生产炉的模型,对石英砂在熔融后,利用谷电时间段,连续生产5天的过程进行模拟,得到以下结论:所设计的保温层在连续生产的过程中不会超过自身所能承受的温度上限,连续生产炉工作时所需要的总功率为62.5 kW,总能耗为O.868kW·h/kg,现在投产的连云港石英熔融炉耗电量为1.786kW·h/kg,所设计的连续生产炉从模拟的结果上来看节约51%的耗能。
