硅酸钙粉体表面改性及其对聚丙烯填充性能影响研究

【摘要】:采用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)对经尺寸分级后的硅酸钙表面进行改性,并对改性产物做了表征。利用改性后的硅酸钙对聚丙烯进行填充改性,考察了改性硅酸钙的填充对聚丙烯力学性能、热性能及聚丙烯复合材料的微观形态的影响。结果表明,经偶联剂改性后的硅酸钙由亲水性转变为疏水性;一定范围内,改性硅酸钙可以提升复合材料的冲击性能,当填料用量为10%(质量分数)时,复合材料的冲击强度最佳,比纯聚丙烯提高18%;分解温度由纯聚丙烯的408℃升至填充了20%(质量分数)硅酸钙的复合物的422℃,材料耐热性能有所增强。
[Abstract]:The surface of calcium silicate was modified by silane coupling agent (KH550), and the modified product was characterized. The effects of modified calcium silicate on mechanical properties, thermal properties and microstructure of polypropylene composites were investigated. The results showed that the modified calcium silicate changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity, and the modified calcium silicate could improve the impact property of the composite in a certain range, when the content of filler was 10% (mass fraction), The impact strength of the composite is the best, which is 18% higher than that of pure polypropylene, and the decomposition temperature is increased from 408 鈩,
