化工园区供热工程风险评估及布局优化研究

【摘要】:本文应用风险评估的相关理论,综合考虑热源位置和热网布置,分别建立了热网故障导致单个企业供热中断的概率模型和相应的损失模型,建立了化工园区供热工程的风险评估模型,为供热工程的安全性评估提供了理论基础和技术支撑。 在供热工程风险评估模型的基础上,本文建立了基于风险的树状热网布局优化模型,并根据当量费用长度建立了投资模型。在求解布局优化问题时,文中采用了较为先进、应用较为广泛的遗传算法,获得了较佳的全局搜索效果;应用C语言完成了遗传算法主程序的编写,实现了基于风险的热网布局优化。 在遗传算法主程序的基础上,本文运用C#开发了化工园区公用工程及安全保障设施安全性评估与优化规划软件系统(供热)。通过对用户登录、损失计算、数据管理、布局优化和结果分析等模块的相关操作,,得到了最佳热源位置和相应的管网布置方案,实现热网热源的智能检索优化。 以广州小虎岛化工园区的供热工程为实例进行应用研究,本文所提出的风险评估模型和布局优化模型能够实现基于风险的布局优化,为供热工程的布局优化设计研究提供了安全角度的量化数据,对实际工程具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of risk assessment and considering the location of heat source and the arrangement of heat network, the probability model and the corresponding loss model of heat supply interruption caused by heat network fault are established in this paper. The risk assessment model of heating engineering in chemical industry park is established, which provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the safety evaluation of heating engineering. On the basis of the risk assessment model of heating engineering, this paper establishes a tree-shaped heat network layout optimization model based on risk, and an investment model based on the equivalent cost length. In solving the layout optimization problem, the genetic algorithm, which is more advanced and widely used, is used to obtain a better global search effect, and the main program of genetic algorithm is written by C language. The optimization of heat network layout based on risk is realized. Based on the main program of genetic algorithm, this paper develops the software system of safety evaluation and optimization planning (heating) for public works and safety guarantee facilities in chemical park by using C #. Through the operation of user login, loss calculation, data management, layout optimization and result analysis, the optimal heat source location and the corresponding pipe network layout are obtained, and the intelligent search optimization of heat source in heat network is realized. Taking the heat supply project of Guangzhou Xiaohudao Chemical Industrial Park as an example, the risk assessment model and layout optimization model proposed in this paper can realize the layout optimization based on risk. It provides the quantitative data of safety angle for the research of layout optimization design of heating engineering, and has certain reference value to the actual project.
