凝胶注模成型制备致密氧化铬耐火材料

【摘要】:为了解决等静压法制备致密氧化铬耐火材料过程中产生大量废弃粉尘的问题,以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)为单体,以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAM)为交联剂,以AN-2000为分散剂,以2,2’-偶氮[2-(2-咪唑啉-2-基)丙烷]盐酸盐(AZIP·2HCl)为引发剂,采用凝胶注模工艺制备了致密氧化铬耐火材料。研究了浆料p H(分别为4、5、6、7、8、9、10)、分散剂AN-2000用量(质量分数分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)、固相含量(固相体积分数分别为50%、51%、52%、53%)对浆料黏度以及生坯和1 500℃保温2 h烧后试样性能和显微结构的影响。结果表明:浆料中分散剂AN-2000的最佳用量为0.4%(w),最佳p H为8,最佳固相含量为52%(φ)。以最佳条件制备的生坯的相对密度和抗折强度分别为66.7%和4.8 MPa,烧后试样的相对密度、显气孔率和抗折强度分别为85.1%、14.7%和66.7 MPa,生坯和烧后试样的显微结构均匀。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of producing a large amount of waste dust in the preparation of dense chromium oxide refractories by isostatic pressing method, NN- dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) was used as monomer, NN- methylene bisacrylamide (MBAM) as crosslinking agent and AN-2000 as dispersant. The dense chromium oxide refractories were prepared by gel injection molding with 2o 2o azo [2- (2 Imidazoline 2 yl) propane] hydrochloride (AZIP 2HCl) as initiator.
