果壳粉作造孔剂制备SiOC块体多孔陶瓷

【摘要】:以含氢聚甲基硅氧烷(PHMS)为基础原料和果壳粉为造孔剂,以四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4Vi)为交联剂、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为裂纹抑制剂和Pt络合物为催化剂,通过热交联和在氮气气氛中热解工艺制备SiOC多孔陶瓷。采用DSC、XRD、SEM和BET等检测方法,研究了交联体热解的演变过程,以及热解温度和造孔剂添加量等因素对SiOC陶瓷物相组成,显微形貌,比表面积和气孔率等影响规律。结果表明,在热解温度为600-1000℃范围,制备的SiOC多孔陶瓷为无定形(非晶)态,孔径分布50 nm-300 nm,气孔率为5.75-19.33%。当热解温度为800℃时,未加造孔剂的SiOC陶瓷比表面积为40.46 m~2/g、气孔率为9.45%;添加15%造孔剂的SiOC陶瓷比表面积86.49 m~2/g、气孔率为19.33%。
[Abstract]:Polymethylsiloxane (PHMS) containing hydrogen was used as raw material and shell powder as pore making agent, tetramethyl tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4Vi) as crosslinking agent, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as crack inhibitor and Pt complex as catalyst. SiOC porous ceramics were prepared by thermal crosslinking and pyrolysis in nitrogen atmosphere. The evolution process of cross-linking pyrolysis and the influence of pyrolysis temperature and the amount of pore-making agent on the phase composition, morphology, specific surface area and porosity of SiOC ceramics were studied by DSC,XRD,SEM and BET. The results show that the SiOC porous ceramics are amorphous (amorphous) at the pyrolysis temperature of 600-1000 鈩,
