改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦浸润性的研究

【摘要】:以改质沥青为粘结剂、电煅无烟煤和沥青焦为骨料,研究骨料粒度、加热温度、保温时间及振动次数对改质沥青浸润性的影响,并对不同粒度分布的电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的比表面积进行测定。结果表明,随着骨料粒度的减小,骨料颗粒的比表面积逐渐增大;改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润性均随骨料粒度的减小和振动次数的增加而大幅度降低,随加热温度和保温时间的增加而逐渐增大。通过适当调整骨料粒度分布、加热温度、保温时间、振动次数等工艺参数,能够改善改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润效果。
[Abstract]:Using modified asphalt as binder and electric calcined anthracite and bituminous coke as aggregate, the effects of aggregate size, heating temperature, holding time and vibration times on the wettability of modified bitumen were studied. The specific surface area of electric calcined anthracite and bituminous coke with different particle size distribution was measured. The results show that the specific surface area of aggregate particle increases with the decrease of aggregate particle size, and the wettability of modified asphalt to electrically calcined anthracite and bituminous coke decreases greatly with the decrease of aggregate particle size and the increase of vibration times. With the increase of heating temperature and holding time, it increases gradually. The wetting effect of modified bitumen on electric calcined anthracite and bituminous coke can be improved by adjusting the particle size distribution of aggregate, heating temperature, holding time, vibration times and other technological parameters.
