注射成型精密陶瓷结构件两步脱脂工艺研究

【摘要】:脱脂过程是注射成型工艺中关键步骤,生产过程中常常因为脱脂过程控制不当,引发坯体产生变形、微裂纹、致密度低等问题,并且常规热脱脂耗时较长,严重影响生产效率,增加生产成本。针对上述问题,通过采用溶剂脱脂和热脱脂相结合的两步脱脂工艺,研究了脱脂溶剂和脱脂温度对溶剂脱脂效率的影响,以及两步脱脂相结合对生产效率和坯体质量的影响,实验证明采用在60℃汽油脱脂1 h后进行热脱脂的两步脱脂工艺可以有效避免坯体变形、微裂纹、不致密等缺陷,并且可以将脱脂过程从原来的25 h缩短至8 h,较大的缩短脱脂周期。
