倾斜脉动气流分选床分离机理与数值模拟

【摘要】:废弃催化剂中含有大量贵金属组分,所以回收废弃催化剂,意义深远。采用倾斜脉动气流分选床来分选废弃催化剂,可以得到较好的分选效果。研究了倾斜脉动气流分选床的分离机理,推导了颗粒在主动脉动气流中运动的动力学方程。利用Fluent和EDEM软件进行数值模拟研究,得到了倾斜脉动气流分选床内部流体的压强、速度分布情况以及两种不同性质的颗粒群在流场中的运动与分离情况,并分析了两种颗粒速度、位移以及受力随时间的变化情况;利用高速动态分析测试系统记录了两种颗粒的运动轨迹和分选过程,得到了实际试验中颗粒运动的位移和速度随时间变化的曲线。利用倾斜脉动气流分选床分选废弃催化剂,分别研究脉动频率、气流速度和倾斜角度对分选效率的影响,试验结果表明:在固定气流速度和倾斜角度的情况下,分选效率随脉动频率的增加先增大后减小,在脉动频率为4.5Hz时,可以获得最高的分选效率99.55%;在固定脉动频率和倾斜角度的情况下,分选效率随气流速度的增加先增大后减小,在气流速度为7.94m/s时,可以获得最高的分选效率99.84%;在固定脉动频率和气流速度的情况下,分选效率随倾斜角度的增加先增大后减小,在倾斜角度为40°时,可以获得最高的分选效率99.51%;利用Design-Expert正交设计软件设计三因素三水平的正交试验,结果表明:在脉动频率为4.5Hz、气流速度为7.94m/s、倾斜角度为40°的因素组合下的最高分选效率99.51%,得到了单因素对分选效率的影响显著性依次为:气流速度、倾斜角度、脉动频率,还得到了用实际因素值表示分选效率的表达式。
[Abstract]:The waste catalyst contains a large number of precious metal components, so it is of great significance to recycle the waste catalyst. The better separation effect can be obtained by using the tilting pulsating flow separator to separate the waste catalyst. The separation mechanism of tilted pulsating flow separation bed was studied and the kinetic equation of particle movement in aortic dynamic flow was derived. By using Fluent and EDEM software, the pressure, velocity distribution and the movement and separation of two different particle groups in the flow field are obtained. The changes of particle velocity, displacement and force with time are analyzed. The moving track and sorting process of the two kinds of particles were recorded by using the high-speed dynamic analysis and testing system. The curves of the displacement and velocity of the particle movement with time in the actual test were obtained. The effects of pulsating frequency, velocity and angle on separation efficiency were studied by using tilted pulsating flow separation bed to separate the waste catalyst. The experimental results show that: under the condition of fixed flow velocity and inclined angle, The separation efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of pulsating frequency. When the pulsating frequency is 4.5Hz, the highest separation efficiency can be obtained 99.55. Under the condition of fixed pulsating frequency and inclined angle, the separation efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the flow velocity. When the flow velocity is 7.94m/s, the highest separation efficiency can be obtained 99.84. Under the condition of constant pulsating frequency and airflow velocity, the separation efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the inclined angle. The highest separation efficiency can be obtained when the angle is 40 掳. The orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels is designed by using Design-Expert orthogonal design software. The results show that the maximum separation efficiency is 99.51 when the pulsation frequency is 4.5 Hz, the velocity of air flow is 7.94 m / s, and the angle of inclination is 40 掳. The effects of single factor on the separation efficiency are obtained in order of flow velocity, inclination angle, pulsation frequency, and the expression of the separation efficiency expressed by the actual factor value is obtained.
