基于正交实验的红土镍矿酸浸条件优化

【摘要】:为研究不同工艺条件对红土镍矿中氧化镁浸出效果的影响,以青海某红土镍矿为原料进行了酸浸正交实验,并通过极差分析和方差分析对实验结果进行了处理。结果表明:影响氧化镁浸出率的较显著因素为液固质量比和浸出温度,浸出时间为显著因素,硫酸浓度和搅拌转速为不显著因素。氧化镁最优浸出条件:液固质量比为3.5∶1,浸出温度为100℃,浸出时间为4 h,硫酸浓度为4.3 mol/L,搅拌转速为250 r/min。在此条件下氧化镁的浸出率达到93.92%,并且验证实验结果与预测结果高度一致。研究成果对高镁铁红土镍矿中提取氧化镁有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different technological conditions on the leaching effect of magnesium oxide in laterite nickel ore, orthogonal acid leaching experiments were carried out with a laterite nickel ore in Qinghai Province. The experimental results were treated by means of range analysis and variance analysis. The results showed that the most significant factors affecting the leaching rate of magnesium oxide were liquid-solid mass ratio and leaching temperature, leaching time was a significant factor, and the concentration of sulfuric acid and stirring speed were not significant factors.
