铅基压电陶瓷承烧板的制备及其性能

【摘要】:采用低膨胀相材料、化学稳定性强的基相材料及其它辅助相材料为主要原料,采用压力注浆成型,自然干燥,常压烧结工艺制备铅基压电陶瓷承烧板。研究晶相组成、显微结构对烧银承烧板使用寿命的影响。结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下可制备热膨胀系数α_((室温~800℃))=2.81×10~(-6)℃~(-1),抗弯强度151.6 MPa,抗热震性△T≥400℃不裂的陶瓷承烧器具,用作铅基压电陶瓷被银后烧银(700~850℃)承烧板,其使用寿命超过150次。
