蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度快速推定的研究

【摘要】:为解决蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度检测周期长、检测过程繁琐的问题,研究了一种推定抗压强度的快速方法。首先,经过大量试验得到了不同含水率的实测抗压强度与含水率为8%~12%的蒸压加气混凝土抗压强度之间的换算系数;然后,将所测样品破碎并全部通过19.0 mm方孔筛,混合均匀后用四分法称取100 g,置于(105±5)℃干燥箱中干燥1 h,快速测试含水率;最后,结合换算系数与实测抗压强度换算含水率为8%~12%的抗压强度。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of long period and tedious detection process of compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete, a fast method of estimating compressive strength is studied. Firstly, the conversion coefficient between the measured compressive strength of different moisture content and the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete with 8% moisture content is obtained by a large number of tests.
