紫砂陶含Fe导热性能研究

【摘要】:紫砂土以含铁粘土为主要成分,通过成型烧结,重点研究了不同含铁量对烧结后紫砂试样的吸水率、烧结温度和导热性能的影响,通过XRD分析试样物相组成。结果表明:随着含铁量增加,烧结温度逐渐降低,导热系数增加,含铁量为22%时,烧结温度降低到1070℃,导热系数增加到5.52 W/(m·K)。
[Abstract]:The effects of different iron content on the water absorption, sintering temperature and thermal conductivity of purple sand samples after sintering were studied by forming and sintering.
