碱矿渣混凝土配合比参数选择与设计方法

【摘要】:通过系统研究各配制参数(如:碱组分、水胶比、胶凝材料用量等)对碱矿渣混凝土28d抗压强度的影响,深入分析了28d抗压强度分布规律与方差间的关系。结果表明:碱矿渣混凝土28d抗压强度符合正态分布,且与水胶比呈明显反比关系。在此基础上,提出了适用于碱矿渣混凝土的回归方程,确定了公式中回归系数αa和αb分别为0.796和0.897,得出了碱矿渣混凝土配合比参数选择与设计的具体方法。
[Abstract]:The effects of various compounding parameters (such as alkali composition, water / binder ratio, amount of cementitious material, etc.) on the 28d compressive strength of alkali slag concrete were systematically studied, and the relationship between the distribution of 28d compressive strength and the variance was analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength of alkali slag concrete for 28 days accords with normal distribution and is inversely proportional to water-binder ratio. On this basis, the regression equation suitable for alkali slag concrete is put forward, and the regression coefficients 伪 a and 伪 b are determined to be 0.796 and 0.897, respectively, and the concrete methods for selecting and designing the parameters of mix ratio of alkali slag concrete are obtained.
