PEG对双组分AM-MBAM-YSZ凝胶打印浆料性能的影响

【摘要】:通过在水基AM-MBAM-YSZ浆料中加入水溶性高分子PEG,并将可反应单体与引发剂分离,制备了固相含量为52vol%,室温下可稳定储存数天、混合后固化可控的双组份打印浆料。浆料粘度为11.2 Pa·s(剪切速率100s-1),屈服应力为510.7 Pa,浆料打印的线条尺寸均匀、边缘平整,坯体表面无剥离,烧结后显微结构均匀致密。打印线条烧结后的相对密度为99.3%,圆柱试样烧结后的相对密度为95.6%。
[Abstract]:The water-soluble high-molecular PEG was added to the water-based AM-MBAM-YSZ slurry, and the reactive monomer was separated from the initiator to prepare the two-component printing slurry with the solid phase content of 52 vol% and stable storage for several days at room temperature. The viscosity of the slurry is 11.2 Pa.s (shear rate 100s-1), the yield stress is 510.7Pa, the size of the line printed by the slurry is uniform, the edge is flat, the surface of the blank is not stripped, and the microstructure is even and compact after sintering. The relative density of the printed line after sintering is 99.3%, and the relative density after the sintering of the cylindrical sample is 95.6%.
