再生混凝土路面砖抗碳化性能试验研究

【摘要】:基于正交试验,分析单方水泥用量、不同水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率及拉应力状态下不同应力水平等各因素对再生混凝土路面砖的力学性能和抗碳化性能的影响,并用总功效系数法对配合比进行优化。试验数据表明:单方水泥用量、水胶比和再生粗骨料取代率是影响再生混凝土路面砖力学性能最显著的因素;强度随着单方水泥用量的降低而降低,随着水胶比的增大而降低。再生粗骨料取代率在60%左右时,抗碳化性能最好。用总功效系数法优化,确定出最优配合比,制备再生混凝土路面砖,满足规范要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the orthogonal test, the effects of the amount of single-square cement, the ratio of water to binder, the substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the stress level under tensile stress on the mechanical properties and carbonation resistance of recycled concrete pavement brick are analyzed. The mixture ratio was optimized by the method of total efficacy coefficient. The experimental data show that the most significant factors affecting the mechanical properties of recycled concrete pavement brick are the ratio of water to cement, the ratio of water to cement and the ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, and the strength decreases with the decrease of cement content and with the increase of the ratio of water to cement. When the substitution rate of recycled coarse aggregate is about 60%, the carbonation resistance is the best. The optimum mix ratio was determined by the method of total efficiency coefficient, and the recycled concrete pavement brick was prepared to meet the requirements of the code.
