酸溶液腐蚀下混凝土的腐蚀速率研究

【摘要】:现代工业化生产中,酸性介质对混凝土结构的腐蚀程度十分严重和剧烈。以盐酸和硫酸作为酸性介质,开展p H值为1的酸性溶液条件下,试样外观、抗压强度、质量、强度退化深度等随腐蚀时间变化的耐酸腐蚀试验。试验结果表明:(1)相同浓度的酸性溶液,盐酸对混凝土的外观腐蚀性大于硫酸;(2)随腐蚀时间的增加,试样抗压强度和质量均呈减小趋势,硫酸腐蚀下的试样质量变化并不明显;(3)随腐蚀时间的增加,试样强度退化深度逐渐增加,并在腐蚀期120 d后有明显突增。
[Abstract]:In modern industrial production, the corrosion degree of acid medium to concrete structure is very serious and violent. Using hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid as acid medium, the acid-resistant corrosion tests were carried out with pH value of 1 in acidic solution, such as the appearance, compressive strength, mass and strength degradation depth of the sample varying with the corrosion time. The experimental results show that: (1) the corrosion of hydrochloric acid on the appearance of concrete is greater than that of sulfuric acid with the same concentration of acidic solution; (2) with the increase of corrosion time, the compressive strength and quality of the sample decrease, but the quality of the sample under sulfuric acid corrosion does not change obviously; (3) with the increase of corrosion time, the strength degradation depth of the specimen increases gradually, and it increases obviously after 120 days of corrosion period.
