石门磷精矿用于窑法磷酸生产原料的评价实验

【摘要】:对采用焙烧-消化-分离得到的石门磷精矿进行了评价实验,结果表明,在钙硅比0.30、配碳量为理论量的1.5倍条件下配料、造球,生球抗压强度34.5 N、0.5 m落下强度大于22次,干球抗压强度203.5 N、1 m落下强度大于5.2次,球团性能良好。磷精矿在钙硅比0.37、配碳量为理论量的1.5倍、1 360℃下还原40 min,磷还原率达到96%,渣球软熔性好。实验表明,石门磷精矿是一种适合窑法磷酸工艺的生产原料。
[Abstract]:The evaluation experiment of Shimen phosphate concentrate obtained by calcination-digestion-separation is carried out. The results show that under the condition of calcium-silicon ratio 0.30and carbon content 1.5 times of theoretical amount, the burden, pelletizing, and the compressive strength of raw pellet are 34.5 N, and the ratio of calcium to silicon is 0.30 and the carbon content is 1.5 times of theoretical amount. The strength of 0.5m drop is more than 22 times, the compressive strength of dry ball is 203.5 N, the falling strength of 1 m is greater than 5.2times, and the pellet has good performance.
