表面金属化稻壳基陶瓷颗粒制备及其摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】:稻壳基陶瓷颗粒(RHC)是实现稻壳综合利用的有效途径之一,采用常规化学镀方法将稻壳基陶瓷颗粒进行化学镀镍,可扩展其应用范围。利用单因素和正交实验,确定了镀镍的最佳工艺参数,将表面镀镍稻壳基陶瓷颗粒添加入铝基材料中,研究对复合材料的抗磨减摩特性的影响。利用X射线衍射仪和高分辨率透射电镜等分析手段对镀镍稻壳基陶瓷颗粒进行了表面分析。结果表明,稻壳基陶瓷颗粒表面镀镍的最佳工艺为,温度为60℃、时间为180min、镀液pH值为11以及次亚磷酸钠浓度为180g/L。稻壳基陶瓷颗粒表面分布着大量直径约为40~50nm之间的镍纳米颗粒;镀镍的稻壳基陶瓷颗粒可明显的改善铝基材料的抗磨减摩特性。
[Abstract]:Rice husk based ceramic particle (RHC) is one of the effective ways to realize the comprehensive utilization of rice husk. The conventional Electroless plating method can expand the application range of rice husk based ceramic particles. The optimum technological parameters of nickel plating were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The effect of adding nickel-coated rice shell based ceramic particles on the antiwear and antifriction properties of the composites was studied by adding nickel-coated rice shell based ceramic particles to aluminum-based materials. The surface of nickel-plated rice shell based ceramic particles was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and high resolution transmission electron microscope.
