基于烷基糖苷体系石膏发泡剂的复配研究

【摘要】:以烷基糖苷(APG)为发泡剂主组分,通过与其他表面活性剂复配,并选用聚合物羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为稳泡剂,进行石膏发泡剂复配研究。通过测定发泡剂的发泡倍数、泡沫稳定性、泌液比例的变化评价其发泡和稳泡性能。结果表明,APG与十一烷基咪唑啉(UIZ)和PVA复配,具有较优的发泡和稳泡性能。较优的条件为:m(APG0810)∶m(APG1214)∶m(UIZ)=4∶1∶2,PVA用量为聚合物与表面活性剂总质量的10%,发泡剂质量分数为0.2%,1800 r/min下搅拌3 min。在此条件下,静置1 min的发泡倍数为4.33,15 min仍能保持在3.12。该发泡剂具有较优的发泡、稳泡和抗泌液性能。
[Abstract]:Alkyl glycoside (APG) was used as the main component of foaming agent, and polymer hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were selected as foaming agents. The compound preparation of gypsum foaming agent was studied. The foaming and foam stability of foaming agent were evaluated by measuring the foaming multiple, foam stability and liquid secretion ratio. The results showed that the combination of APG and undecyl Imidazolin (UIZ) and PVA had better foaming and foam stability.
