碱度对脱硫建筑石膏性能的影响

【摘要】:研究了不同碱度的氢氧化钙(CH)溶液和氢氧化钠(NH)溶液对脱硫建筑石膏凝结时间、2 h强度的影响,并通过水化温升、XRD和SEM技术探索了其影响机理。结果表明:在拌合水p H值为7.6~12.0内,随着碱度的提高,脱硫建筑石膏的初凝、终凝时间都明显缩短;在p H值为9.0左右时,2种水化环境中脱硫建筑石膏的抗折、抗压强度性能都最佳;碱性环境还改变了二水石膏的结晶相变热、结晶化程度、结晶形态和密实程度。
