NiAl、CoAl与NiCoAl氢氧化物的结构和电化学性能比较

【摘要】:采用尿素分解法制备了NiAl、CoAl及NiCoAl三种氢氧化物。经XRD、FT-IR、SEM、XPS和N2吸脱附等方法对样品进行结构和形貌表征,结果表明:三种材料都为类水滑石结构,形貌各不相同,NiCoAl氢氧化物的比表面积最小,其中Ni和Co元素都以二价的形式存在。通过循环伏安(CV)、恒电流充放电(GCD)、交流阻抗对样品的电化学性能进行评估,结果表明:电流密度为0.6A/g时,NiAl、CoAl、NiCoAl电极的比电容分别为468、507、929F/g,电流密度为6A/g,经3000次恒电流充放电测试后,三种电极比电容的保持率分别为30%、36%、40%。这说明,NiCoAl氢氧化物具有优于其它两种材料的电化学性能。
[Abstract]:NiAl prepared by the decomposition of urea, CoAl and NiCoAl three kinds of hydroxide. By XRD, FT-IR, SEM, XPS and N2 adsorption desorption method of structure and morphology of samples, the results showed that the three materials are hydrotalcite like structure, morphology of different NiCoAl hydroxide minimum surface area. The Ni and Co elements with two valence form. By cyclic voltammetry (CV), constant current charge discharge (GCD), AC impedance electrochemical properties of the samples were evaluated, the results show that the current density is 0.6A/g, NiAl, CoAl, the specific capacitance of the NiCoAl electrode was 468507929F/g, the current density is 6A/g after 3000 times, galvanostatic charge discharge test, three kinds of electrodes to keep rates were 30%, the specific capacitance of 36% 40%. this shows that the electrochemical performance of NiCoAl is better than that of the other two kinds of hydroxide materials.
