ICP-MS直接进样法测定白酒中24种金属元素

【摘要】:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)通过基体匹配、在线内标校正以及直接进样,建立白酒中As、Cd、Pb、Mn、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cs、La、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tl、U 24种金属元素含量的测定方法。该方法线性范围0~100μg/L,检出限0.0001~0.2189μg/L,除Zn和Ag的加标回收率分别为76.5%和69.4%外,其余22种金属元素的加标回收率为93.8%~109.8%;空白加标的相对标准偏差除Fe为5.66%外,其余23种元素的相对标准偏差均在5%以下(n=6)。分别采用白酒直接进样和消解后进样,24种金属元素含量测定结果无显著差异,表明直接进样法可作为测定白酒中金属元素含量的一种快速、环保、便捷的方法。
[Abstract]:The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was used to calibrate the internal standard and sample directly through matrix matching. A method was established for the determination of 24 metal elements of Ascdcdcu PbMN (PbPbMN) in liquor. The linear range of the method was 0 100 渭 g / L, and the detection limit was 0.0001g / L 0.2189 渭 g / L, with recoveries of 76.5% and 69.4%, respectively, except for Zn and Ag, the recoveries of Zn and Ag were 76.5% and 69.4%, respectively, with a linear range of 0.100 渭 g / L, and the detection limit of 0.0001g / L was 0.2189 渭 g / L, and the recoveries of Zn and Ag were 76.5% and 69.4%, respectively, with a linear range of 0.100 渭 g / L, and the detection limit was 0.2189 渭 g / L. The recoveries of the remaining 22 metal elements were 93.8% and 109.8% respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of blank and standard was 5.66% except Fe. The relative standard deviations of the remaining 23 elements were all below 5%. There was no significant difference in the contents of 24 kinds of metal elements in liquor sample directly and after digestion. The results showed that the direct sampling method could be used as a rapid, environmentally friendly and convenient method for the determination of metal elements in liquor.
