合成CHA沸石及其催化反应研究

【摘要】:沸石分子筛作为催化剂在环境保护和石油化工领域的有着广泛的应用。在SSZ-13沸石骨架中,体积较大的CHA笼由八元环孔道彼此连接起来,形成三维的孔道结构。近期,人们发现SSZ-13分子筛在消除空气中氮氧化物和甲醇制烯烃方面有良好的催化作用。然而,合成SSZ-13分子筛具有模板剂价格高昂,反应周期长,产率低和难以合成高硅铝比产物的问题。为克服这些问题,我们分别应用了无溶剂固相合成路线和使用氟离子体系合成高硅沸石的方法。在第二章中,使用一种廉价的模板剂,在无溶剂固相条件下将成功的将FAU沸石转化为CHA沸石,得到的产物结晶度高,粒径分布均匀,同时其产率高达94%以上。与传统方法生产的SSZ-13沸石相比,在NH3-SCR反应中表现出同等的催化性能。在第三章中,在氟体系下合成了高硅铝比(Si/Al=100)的CHA沸石,甲醇制烯烃(MTO)测试表明具有很高的转化率和烯烃选择性。
[Abstract]:Zeolites as catalysts are widely used in the field of environmental protection and petrochemical industry. In the framework of SSZ-13 zeolite, the larger CHA cages are connected with each other by octa-ring channels to form three-dimensional pore structures. It has been found that SSZ-13 molecular sieve has a good catalytic effect in eliminating nitrogen oxides and methanol to olefin in air. However, the synthesis of SSZ-13 molecular sieve has high cost of template agent and long reaction period. In order to overcome these problems, solvent-free solid state synthesis and fluorine ion system were used to synthesize high silica zeolites. In Chapter 2, a cheap template was used. FAU zeolites were successfully transformed into CHA zeolites under solvent-free solid state conditions. The obtained products have high crystallinity and uniform particle size distribution, and the yield of SSZ-13 zeolites is over 94%. In chapter 3, CHA zeolites with high Si-Al / Al ratio of Si / Al ~ (100) were synthesized in fluorine system. The results of methanol-to-olefin synthesis showed high conversion and olefin selectivity.
