稀土掺杂Ni基催化剂的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:以NH_4HCO_3为沉淀剂,共沉淀法制备稀土掺杂二氧化锆载体,浸渍法负载镍,分别制备了5种稀土掺杂的镍基催化剂Ni/RZrO_x,R=Tb,Er,Dy,Y,Pr;稀土元素与锆元素物质的量比R∶Zr=1∶4,活性组分Ni的质量分数10%。采用XRD、H_2-TPR及TPO表征催化剂的晶体结构和氧化还原性质,用微型固定床反应器考察了催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中的活性和选择性。结果表明,5个掺杂稀土的镍基催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中有良好活性和选择性;掺杂镨的催化剂的催化性能最好,650℃时,氢气的摩尔百分比达78.4%,CH4转化率达94%。
[Abstract]:Rare earth doped zirconia carrier was prepared by co-precipitation method with NH_4HCO_3 as precipitant. Nickel was loaded by impregnation method.Five kinds of rare earth doped nickel based catalysts, Ni / RZrO _ XR _ (10) T _ (B) T _ (B) E ~ (3 +) Dy _ (Y) P _ (r), the ratio of rare earth element to zirconium element (R: Zr ~ (1): 4) and the mass fraction of active component Ni (10 ~ 10) were prepared.The crystal structure and redox properties of the catalyst were characterized by XRDX H2-TPR and TPO. The activity and selectivity of the catalyst in the steam reforming of methane to hydrogen production were investigated in a micro-fixed-bed reactor.The results show that five rare earth doped nickel based catalysts have good activity and selectivity for hydrogen production from methane steam reforming, and the praseodymium doped catalysts have the best catalytic performance at 650 鈩,
