基于DMMP的ZnTPP-MIP的性能研究

【摘要】:以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,掺杂四苯基卟啉锌(ZnTPP),采用光引发接枝聚合方法在玻片上制备锌卟啉分子印迹聚合物复合膜(ZnTPP-MIP)。通过紫外和荧光光谱研究了DMMP与ZnTPP之间的结合作用,利用接触角分析印迹膜的亲水性,扫描电镜观察膜的微孔结构。利用光谱法研究了ZnTPP-MIP膜吸附性能和选择性。实验结果表明在可见区波长436nm附近,ZnTPP-MIP膜可以吸附检测水中2.0×10-6 mmol·L-1的DMMP。这将为复杂有机磷农药样品中DMMP的专一性识别提供一种新的途径。
[Abstract]:Zinc porphyrin molecularly imprinted polymer composite film (ZnTPP-MIP) was prepared on glass by photo-initiated grafting polymerization with dimethyl phosphonate (DMMP) as template molecule and methacrylate (MAA) as functional monomer.The interaction between DMMP and ZnTPP was studied by UV and fluorescence spectra. The hydrophilicity of the imprinted membrane was analyzed by contact angle and the micropore structure of the membrane was observed by SEM.The adsorption properties and selectivity of ZnTPP-MIP membranes were studied by spectroscopic method.The experimental results show that the ZnTPP-MIP membrane can be used for the determination of DMMP2.0 脳 10-6 mmol L-1 in water near the visible wavelength of 436nm.This will provide a new way to identify the specificity of DMMP in complex organophosphorus pesticide samples.
