超高效液相色谱法双波长法同时测定二妙丸中5种成分的含量

【摘要】:目的建立二妙丸中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸黄柏碱、盐酸巴马汀、木兰花碱及苍术素等5种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Waters BEH(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸(每100 m L加十二烷基硫酸钠0.1 g)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 m L·min~(-1),盐酸黄柏碱、木兰花碱、盐酸小檗碱、巴马汀检测波长为280 nm;苍术素检测波长为340 nm;柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱、黄柏碱、巴马汀、木兰花碱及苍术素5种成分在一定范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;精密度,稳定性,重现性等均符合方法学要求;平均回收率在96.8%~99.3%之间,RSD均小于2.8%。结论建立的方法简便快捷,准确度高,重现性好,可为二妙丸的质量控制提供依据。
