HPLC同时测定地黄中5种苷类成分的含量

【摘要】：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定地黄中梓醇、地黄苷D、益母草苷、毛蕊花糖苷和异毛蕊花糖苷含量的方法。采用Synergi~(TM)Hydro-RP 80姒色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水,梯度洗脱;流速为1 m L/min,柱温35℃;检测波长:梓醇、地黄苷D和益母草苷为203 nm;毛蕊花糖苷和异毛蕊花糖苷为334 nm。地黄中5种苷类成分分离良好,各成分含量与峰面积在测定范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9990),加样回收率分别为96.43%、97.52%、96.16%、100.48%、97.21%,RSD分别为1.44%、2.56%、1.07%、1.98%、3.35%。该方法简单、快捷,重现性好,准确率高,可为地黄的质量控制研究提供依据。
