磷卡宾阳离子的气相制备及对有机小分子的检测

【摘要】:本文提供了一种气相制备二苯基磷卡宾阳离子的方法,并通过其分子-离子反应对有机小分子进行了检测.通过二级质谱从母离子二苯基甲基正离子的碎裂中得到了活性较高的二苯基磷卡宾阳离子,并选用了乙腈、甲酸、丙烯腈、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、叔丁醇、三乙胺、苯和苯乙烯共10种试剂作为分子试剂分别与二苯基磷卡宾阳离子进行反应.实现了对这10种分子试剂的定性检测,及对正丁醇和叔丁醇这对同分异构体的区分.通过固定反应时间,调节分子试剂的流量来实现对有机小分子的定量检测.该方法简便易行,对于研究磷卡宾阳离子的气相性质以及解释其参与的反应机理也有一定的帮助.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a gas phase method for the preparation of diphenyl phosphate carbene cations was developed, and its molecular ion reaction was used to detect small organic molecules. Diphenyl phosphate carbene cations with high activity were obtained from the fragmentation of diphenyl methyl cations by secondary mass spectrometry. Acetonitrile, formic acid, acrylonitrile, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, tert-butanol, triethylamine were selected. Benzene and styrene were used as molecular reagents to react with diphenyl phosphate carbene cations. The qualitative detection of these 10 reagents and the distinction between n-butanol and tert-butanol as isomers were realized. The quantitative detection of small organic molecules was achieved by fixing reaction time and adjusting the flow rate of molecular reagents. The method is simple and convenient, and it is helpful to study the gas phase properties of phosphorus carbene cations and explain the reaction mechanism in which they are involved.
