塔拉单宁的降解及其降解产物与金属离子的配位作用及鞣制性能研究

【摘要】:本论文主要研究了塔拉单宁的高度氧化降解的改性方法,通过对降解产物的可控降解,实现科学化,并对降解产物的分子量进行测量,然后进行金属离子的配位研究,制备无铬鞣剂。通过塔拉单宁降解物与金属离子配位反应的pH值以及其他物性变化,结合产物的红外图谱、紫外图谱、凝胶色谱(GPC)曲线,对降解程度和配位结果进行研究。为实施塔拉降解物与金属配位产物的鞣制提供条件,比较降解物与金属离子配位的反应性质、配位能力的差异。通过控制氧化剂(H202)的量,可以得到不同阶段的分子量的塔拉降解产物,然后再与锆、钛、铝的硫酸盐进行配位反应,得到相应的金属配位产物,最后将得到的金属配位产物用于绵羊皮的鞣制过程,通过鞣制后的皮革的物化性能,进而判断金属配位产物的鞣制效果。实验表明,塔拉单宁在碱性环境下,使用H2O2降解,可以得到一定分子量范围内的产物。在与金属离子配位过程中,各金属盐的配位条件存在一些差异,但是可以得知金属盐都能与塔拉降解物进行配位反应,最后的鞣制过程中,可以知道在使用150%的H2O2降解后的产物与金属盐配位产物鞣制效果最佳,可以得到一些与铬鞣相近的皮革样品。因此,塔拉单宁的高度降解物与金属盐的配位产物,是可以作用于皮革的鞣制过程,对于无铬鞣剂的开发和清洁化制革工艺具有参考意义。本论文主要包括:塔拉粉的提纯、提纯产物的H2O2深度氧化降解、降解产物的分子量的测量、降解产物与锆、钛、铝的配位研究、皮革鞣制,比较各种鞣制结果,从而得到较为理想的塔拉改性金属鞣剂,为实现无铬化制革提供一些指导作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studied the modified method of high oxidation degradation of Tara tannin. Through the controllable degradation of the degradation products, it was realized scientifically, and the molecular weight of the degradation products was measured. Then the metal ion coordination was carried out to prepare the chrome free tanning agent. The pH value of the coordination reaction of the Tara tannin degradation products with the metal ions and the results were also studied. The changes in physical properties, combined with the infrared Atlas of the products, the UV atlas and the gel chromatography (GPC) curves, were used to study the degradation degree and coordination results. The conditions for the tanning of Tara degradation products and metal coordination products were provided, the reaction quality of the degrading and metal ion coordination, the difference of coordination ability and the control of the amount of H202 were compared. The molecular weight of Tara degradation products at different stages can be obtained, then the coordination reaction with zirconium, titanium and aluminum sulfate can be obtained, and the corresponding metal coordination products are obtained. Finally, the metal coordination products are used in the tanning process of sheep skin, and the physical and chemical properties of the tanned leather are obtained, and then the tanning effect of the metal coordination products is determined. The experiments show that Tara tannins can be degraded in the alkaline environment with H2O2 degradation and can be obtained in a certain range of molecular weight. There are some differences in the coordination conditions of metal salts in the process of coordination with metal ions, but it can be found that the metal salts can be coordinated with the Tara degradation products. The final tanning process can be known to be in the process of tanning. The optimum tanning effect of 150% H2O2 degradation products and metal salt coordination products can be obtained. Some leather samples which are similar to chrome tanning can be obtained. Therefore, the coordination products of the high degradation products of Tara tannins and metal salts are the tanning processes that can be used in the leather, and have a reference to the development of chrome free tanning agents and the cleaning process. This paper mainly includes: the purification of Tara powder, the deep oxidation degradation of the purified product, the measurement of the molecular weight of the degradation products, the coordination of the degradation products with zirconium, titanium, aluminum, leather tanning, and the comparison of various tanning results, thus getting the more ideal Tara modified metal tanning agent, which can provide some guidance for the realization of the chromic tannery for the realization of chromic leather.
