2-烷硫基-5-三唑基嘧啶席夫碱衍生物的设计、合成与除草活性研究

【摘要】:嘧啶类化合物、三唑类衍生物的生物活性比较显著,除了用于农业方面的杀虫、杀菌和除草外,在医药中也用于抗肿瘤、消炎等方面,因而嘧啶类化合物和三唑类衍生物成为农业医药等领域的研究热点。依据生物活性亚结构拼接原理,本文设计合成了78种新型的2-烷硫基-4-取代亚氨基-6-甲硫基-5-[5-(3-取代苯氧甲基-1H-1,2,4-三唑)]-嘧啶衍生物。所有的目标化合物都经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱和质谱等分析测试手段进行了表征。所研究的内容如下:Ⅰ:2-烷硫基-4-取代苯基亚氨基-6-甲硫基-5-[5-(3-取代苯氧甲基-1H-1,2,4-三唑)]-嘧啶衍生物(52个)Ⅱ:2-烷硫基-4-苯乙烯基亚氨基-6-甲硫基-5-[5-(3-取代苯氧甲基-1H-1,2,4-三唑)]-嘧啶衍生物(9个)Ⅲ:2-烷硫基-4-杂环亚氨基-6-甲硫基-5-[5-(3-取代苯氧甲基-1H-1,2,4-三唑)]-嘧啶衍生物(17个)对所合成的目标化合物进行了初步的除草活性测试。测试结果表明大多数目标化合物表现出优异的除草活性,并对这些化合物的构效关系进行了研究。
[Abstract]:The biological activities of pyrimidine compounds and triazole derivatives are quite remarkable. In addition to their use in agriculture, insecticidal, bactericidal and herbicide, they are also used in medicine for anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory aspects. Therefore, pyrimidine compounds and triazole derivatives have become the research hotspot in agricultural medicine and other fields. According to the principle of bioactive substructure splicing, 78 new derivatives of 2-alkylthio-4- substituted imino -6-methylthio -5- [5-oxomethoxomethyl -1H-1H _ 1H-1H _ 1H ~ (2 +) -triazole] pyrimidine were designed and synthesized in this paper. All the target compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), carbon spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
