SBA-15结构改进及吸附、催化性能研究

【摘要】:SBA-15介孔材料因具有规则二维六方孔道、较大比表面积和较高水热稳定性而备受学者青睐。但由于其骨架主要由无定形SiO2组成,缺少活性中心,所以对SBA-15进行功能化修饰成为重点。本文以三嵌段聚合物P123为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机硅源,(3-氨丙基)三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为有机偶联剂,采用后嫁接法制备了NH2-SBA-15-KCl(n);以三嵌段聚合物P123为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为无机硅源,以有机硅烷3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)和甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、正辛基三乙氧基硅烷(OTES)、N-十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷为偶联剂,采用直接法在相同条件下分别制备了CH3-SBA-15-SO3H、C8H17-SBA-15-SO3H、C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H。用XRD、FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附和TEM等方法进行了表征。实验表明,NH2-SBA-15-KCl(n)介孔材料成功制备,材料具有很好的吸附功能。当pH值为5,吸附时间为60min,吸附温度为40℃,nHCl:nKCl=3:7时对水中Pb2+吸附效果最好,达95.56%。疏水基团对反应的影响是以改变固体酸CH3(X)-SBA-15-SO3H中疏水基的比例进行研究的。结果显示,随着疏水基量增加,样品疏水性增强,酯化率提高。CH3(12%)-SBA-15-SO3H作为催化剂应用到乙酸正丁酯的制备反应中,酯化率最高达76.54%;不同链长疏水基团对酯化的影响是以CH3-SBA-15-SO3H、C8H17-SBA-15-SO3H、C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H作为催化剂分别研究的。结果显示,随着疏水基有机硅烷链的增长,样品疏水性增强,酯化率增大。当TEOS预水解时间为180min时,C16H33-SBA-15-SO3H作为催化剂在乙酸正丁酯的制备反应中的酯化率最高可达88.23%。
[Abstract]:SBA-15 mesoporous materials have attracted much attention due to their regular two-dimensional hexagonal channels, large specific surface area and high hydrothermal stability. However, because the skeleton is mainly composed of amorphous SiO2 and lack of active center, the functionalization of SBA-15 becomes the focus. In this paper, NH _ 2-SBA-15-KCl _ (nn) was prepared by post-grafting method with triblock polymer P123 as template, tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as inorganic silicon source (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) as organic coupling agent, and triblock polymer P123 as template. The organic silane 3-mercapto trimethoxysilane (MPT) and methyl triethoxy silane (MTES), octyl triethoxy silane (OTES), hexadecyltriethoxy silane (Cetyltriethoxy silane) were used as the coupling agents, and the organosilane (3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane) and octyltriethoxy silane (OTES) were used as the coupling agents. Ch _ 3-SBA-15-SO _ 3H _ 8H _ (17) SBA-15-so _ 3H _ (10) C _ (16) H _ (33-SBA) _ (15) so _ (3) H were prepared by direct method under the same conditions. The results were characterized by XRD- FT-IRN _ 2 adsorption-desorption and TEM. The results show that the mesoporous material NH2-SBA-15-KCl _ (n) is successfully prepared and the material has good adsorption function. When the pH value is 5, the adsorption time is 60 min, the adsorption temperature is 40 鈩,
