利用现代分析技术对白河窑白瓷的探究

【摘要】:我国瓷器制造历史悠久,瓷器的种类繁多,是我国历史文化的重要构成部分。白瓷作为瓷器中的重要一种,在我国瓷器发展历程中有着重要的转折性作用,为以后的彩瓷的烧制奠定了基础。相对于早期瓷器,如青瓷,黑瓷等,白瓷对原料的处理与配比有更高的要求,以后的“青白釉”、“彩绘”等品种也是在白瓷的技术基础上发展而来。白河窑是目前已知的最早的烧制白瓷的窑口,在2005年的发掘中发现了北魏时期烧制白瓷的遗址,而在2015年,为了配合当地基建,对白河窑又进行而再次发掘,发现一大批白瓷样品,对于这批白瓷科技内涵的研究目前没有研究,两批样品之间的联系,原料产地是否发生变化等信息也没有进行系列研究。本文利用X射线荧光分析(XRF)、分光光度计、热膨胀仪以及XRD研究白河窑白瓷的原料产地和配方、白瓷釉的反射光主波长、对烧成温度和物相,从而判断白瓷的产地特征和烧制工艺。(1)对XRF数据分析发现,白河窑两批白瓷胎的原料来源相同,可能有相同的原料产地;黄釉瓷胎与白瓷胎的关系稍远,应与两批白瓷胎的的原料产地不同;两批白瓷釉的XRF数据难以分开,原料配方应相同或相近。(2)对反射光谱的分析表明白河窑白瓷的内釉与外釉有相同的亮度与色度,外釉的饱和度更高。15白中泛黄白瓷釉与05年白中泛黄白瓷釉波形相似,与05年白中泛青瓷釉波形相差较大。(3)通过对6个白河样品的热膨胀实验,发现大部分白河窑白瓷的烧成温度在1130℃~1170℃之间,个别样品温度达到1300℃。白河窑白瓷样品大部分处在欠烧阶段,个别样品在正烧烧制而成。(4)白河窑中白瓷与黄釉瓷的物相主要由低温石英,方石英以及莫来石构成,个别样品含有少量的赤铁矿或β石英;白河窑中白瓷的烧成温度比较高,主要集中在1150℃~1200℃之间,也有部分温度超过1200℃的这个结果跟我们在第五章中利用热膨胀仪的测量的烧成温度得结果较为符合。黄釉瓷的烧成温度较低,大部分低于1150℃,低于白瓷的烧成温度。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of porcelain manufacture and a wide variety of porcelain, which is an important part of Chinese history and culture. White porcelain, as an important kind of porcelain, plays an important turning role in the development of china in our country, which lays a foundation for the future firing of colored porcelain. Compared with early porcelain, such as celadon and black porcelain, white porcelain has higher requirements for the treatment and proportion of raw materials. Later varieties of "green and white glaze" and "color painting" were also developed on the basis of white porcelain technology. The Baihe kiln is the earliest known kiln to burn white porcelain. In 2005, the site of the white porcelain fired during the Northern Wei Dynasty was discovered. In 2015, in order to tie in with the local infrastructure, the Baihe kiln was again excavated. A large number of white porcelain samples have been found. The scientific and technological connotation of these white porcelain samples has not been studied, nor has the information on the relationship between the two samples and the change of raw material origin been carried out. In this paper, X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), spectrophotometer, thermal dilatometer and XRD were used to study the origin and formula of white porcelain in Baihe kiln, the main wavelength of reflection light of white glaze, the firing temperature and phase. According to the analysis of XRF data, it is found that the two batches of white porcelain in Baihe kiln have the same raw material source and may have the same raw material origin, and the relationship between the yellow glazed porcelain tire and the white porcelain tire is slightly far away. The XRF data of the two batches of white porcelain glaze should be different from that of the two batches of white porcelain tyres, and the XRF data of the two batches of white porcelain glazes should be the same or similar. The analysis of the reflectance spectra shows that the inner glaze and the outer glaze of the white porcelain in the Baihe Kiln have the same brightness and color. The saturation of outer glaze is higher. 15 white medium yellowish white glaze is similar to 2005 white pan-yellow white glaze waveform, and there is a big difference between 2005 white and white pan-blue glaze waveform.
