【摘要】:正Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.2017,56,12288~12291近几十年来,过渡金属催化的C—H键活化一直是有机化学研究的热点.大多数C—H键活化反应需要利用导向基,这极大地限制了该类反应在有机合成中的应用.解决该问题的一个有效策略是发展"无痕"导向基.卤族元素是理想的"无痕"导向基;该类反应是由C—X键对过渡金属氧化加成开始,随后的分子内C—H键活化反应会形成含有两个C—Pd键环钯络合物.该类环钯络合物不仅有潜在的新颖反应活性,其中的两个C—Pd键还可以被官能团化,
[Abstract]:The activation of C H bond catalyzed by transition metal has been a hot spot in organic chemistry in the past few decades. Most of the C H activation reactions need to use the guide group, which greatly restricts the application of this kind of reaction in organic synthesis. An effective strategy to solve this question is to develop "no mark" guidance. The base. Halogen element is an ideal "indentation" guide; this kind of reaction is initiated by the addition of C - X bonds to the oxidation of transition metals. The subsequent activation reaction of C to H bonds will form two C - Pd bond ring palladium complexes. This kind of ring palladium complex not only has potential novel reactive activity, but the two C Pd bonds can be also functionalized.
