红外光谱法鉴别塑料管材中的再生塑料

【摘要】:针对聚乙烯和无规共聚聚丙烯塑料管材,分别收集其中的原生料、原厂回用料和外厂再生料;另用原生料按不同比例掺入原厂回用料(或外厂再生料)混炼制得塑料混融体。将如上所得样品分别在红外光谱仪上扫描得到上述几类样品的红外光谱图。通过对红外光谱数据的比较并结合一致性检验模型的方法对塑料管材中是否含有原厂回用料或外厂再生料作出鉴别。
[Abstract]:For polyethylene and random copolymerized polypropylene plastics pipes, the raw material, the raw material for the original plant and the recycled material for the external plant were collected, respectively, and the plastic blend was prepared by mixing the raw material with different proportions of the original material (or the regenerated material) in the original plant. The above samples were scanned on the infrared spectrometer to obtain the infrared spectra of the above kinds of samples. By comparing the infrared spectrum data and combining with the consistency checking model, the paper makes the identification of whether the plastic pipe contains the original reclaimed material or the external plant recycled material.
