气质联用和液质联用中基质效应的分析和总结

【摘要】:介绍了GC-MS和LC-MS中基质效应的产生机理,分析了易受基质效应影响的农药,同时阐述了补偿GC-MS和LC-MS的基质效应时一些常用的、效果较好的方法。通过分析,总结出含有P=O、-O-CO-NH-、OH、R-NH-、-N=、-NH-CO-NH-等基团的农药通常表现出较强的基质效应。GC-MS和LC-MS中均常用的补偿基质效应的方法有基质净化法、同位素标记法、基质匹配校准法。GC-MS中也常使用加入分析保护剂法。
[Abstract]:The generation mechanism of matrix effect in GC-MS and LC-MS is introduced, and the pesticide which is easily affected by matrix effect is analyzed. At the same time, some commonly used and effective methods for compensating matrix effect of GC-MS and LC-MS are described. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the methods of compensating matrix effect commonly used in the pesticide containing the groups such as PnH-CO-O-CO-NH-OHH, R-NH-NH-NH-CO-NH- and other groups are matrix purification method, isotope labeling method, which are commonly used in both GC-MS and LC-MS. The matrix matching calibration method. GC-MS is also used by adding analytical protectants.
