电位滴定法快速测定饲料级磷酸氢钙中钙的含量

【摘要】：正磷酸氢钙作为一种添加剂广泛应用于食品、饲料等行业,在饲料加工中作为磷、钙的补充剂[1],可以防治家畜的佝偻病、软骨病及贫血症等各种疾病[2]。饲料级磷酸氢钙中钙的含量是影响动物骨骼能否正常发育的重要指标。传统测定饲料级磷酸氢钙中钙含量的方法主要是乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)络合滴定法[3],还有电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、高锰酸钾法和一些创新型化学滴定
[Abstract]:Calcium dihydrogen phosphate as a kind of additive is widely used in food, feed and other industries. As a supplement of phosphorus and calcium in feed processing, [1] can prevent and control rickets of domestic animals, osteosalcia and anemia and other diseases, such as [2]. calcium phosphate in feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate, which is an important indicator of the normal development of animal bones. The content of calcium in calcium hydrogen phosphate is mainly EDTA (EDTA) complex titration method [3], inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, Potassium Permanganate method and some innovative chemical titration.
