【摘要】:目的:建立双波长HPLC测定诃子中莽草酸、没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8m L/min,检测波长214nm(莽草酸)和270nm(没食子酸和鞣花酸),柱温25℃。结果:莽草酸、没食子酸、鞣花酸分别在各自进样量范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数均在0.9992以上;各成分的平均回收率均在97.1%-97.5%(n=6),RSD均小于2.0%。结论:该方法快速、准确、简便,可用于诃子中莽草酸、没食子酸及鞣花酸的含量测定。
