基于多肽的水凝胶结构稳定性的变温红外光谱研究

【摘要】:利用变温傅里叶变换红外光谱方法,我们研究了一种基于非离子型多肽两亲分子(peptide amphiphile,PA)水凝胶的构象的温度依赖性。在频率范围1 450~1 750cm-1、温度范围25~95℃内,我们观测到了水凝胶酰胺-Ⅰ带和-Ⅱ带只发生有限、逐渐的光谱变化。这些结果表明,所合成的肽基水凝胶具有很好的温度稳定性。我们对所观测到的微小的光谱演变所反映的水凝胶的构象及其变化进行了讨论。
