四氟硼酸盐离子液体的荧光及红外光谱分析

【摘要】:实验用荧光光谱法研究了四氟硼酸N-戊基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-己基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-庚基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-戊基咪唑和硝酸N-戊基吡啶离子液体(AP-BF_4、HP-BF_4、HEP-BF_4、AMIM-BF_4和APC-NO_3)对十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)荧光强度的影响;四氟硼酸N-烷基吡啶离子液体(PP-BF_4、BP-BF_4、AP-BF_4、HP-BF_4、HEP-BF_4和OP-BF_4)对罗丹明B的荧光强度的影响。离子液体对SDBS荧光强度影响由大到小的顺序为:AP-BF_4、HP-BF_4、HEP-BF_4,随着离子液体烷基链的加长,荧光猝灭增强,导致SDBS的荧光强度随之减弱;咪唑环和四氟硼酸对SDBS荧光强度的影响更显著;罗丹明B的荧光强度随着罗丹明B浓度的增大而增大,当增大到一定程度,荧光强度反之减小,罗丹明B在离子液体中的荧光效果比在纯水中的荧光效果好,但不是很明显,表明离子液体有轻微的增敏作用。实验研究了四氟硼酸N-丁基咪唑离子液体(BMIM-BF_4)双水相萃取荧光法测定维生素B6(VB6)含量,该法可实际运用于痕量测定样品中VB6含量。实验考察了对四氟硼酸N-丁基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-戊基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-己基吡啶、四氟硼酸N-庚基吡啶和四氟硼酸N-辛基吡啶离子液体(BP-BF_4、AP-BF_4、HP-BF_4、HEP-BF_4和OP-BF_4)离子液体的红外光谱定量分析,得到离子液体在不同浓度下的最大吸光度,在最大吸光度绘制了标准工作曲线,采用标准加入法测得了离子液体在乙腈中的回收率,加标回收率为98.2%~104.6%。实验研究了四氟硼酸N-戊基吡啶(AP-BF_4)离子液体在乙醇、水、甲醇和乙腈中的紫外光谱,离子液体的紫外光谱易受到溶剂的极性以及酸碱性的影响,用紫外光谱法定量分析了乙醇、水、甲醇以及乙腈中AP-BF_4的含量。在最大吸收波长处绘制了标准工作曲线。采用标准加入法测得了离子液体在乙醇、水、甲醇以及乙腈中的回收率,加标回收率为96.4%~102.2%。
[Abstract]:The fluorescence spectra of N-pentylpyridine tetrafluoroborate, N-hexylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate, N-heptylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate were studied. The effects of N-pentylimidazole tetrafluoroboric acid and N-pentylpyridine nitrate ionic liquids (AP-BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4 and APC-NO3) on the fluorescence intensity of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), and the effect of P-BF4BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4HEP-BF4 and OP-BF4 on the fluorescence intensity of rhodamine B (PP-BF4BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4 and OP-BF4). The influence of ionic liquids on the fluorescence intensity of SDBs is in the order of: AP-BF4s, HP-BF4s, HEP-BF4s. With the increase of alkyl chain of ionic liquids, fluorescence quenching increases, which leads to the weakening of fluorescence intensity of SDBs, and the effect of imidazole ring and tetrafluoroboric acid on the fluorescence intensity of SDBs is more obvious. The fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B increases with the increase of Rhodamine B concentration. When the fluorescence intensity decreases to a certain extent, the fluorescence effect of Rhodamine B in ionic liquids is better than that in pure water, but it is not obvious. The results show that ionic liquids have slight sensitizing effect. The determination of vitamin B _ 6 (VB _ 6) in trace samples by aqueous two-phase extraction fluorescence method with N- Ding Ji imidazole tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid (BMIM-BF4) was studied. The method can be applied to the determination of VB6 in trace samples. The infrared spectroscopic analysis of N- Ding Ji pyridine tetrafluoroborborate, N- pentylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate, N-hexylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate, N-heptylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate and N-octylpyridine tetrafluoroborborate ionic liquid (BP-BF4AP-BF4AP-BF4HP-BF4HP-BF4) ionic liquids were investigated. The maximum absorbance of ionic liquids at different concentrations was obtained, and the standard working curve was drawn at the maximum absorbance. The recovery rate of ionic liquids in acetonitrile was determined by standard addition method, and the recovery rate was 98.2% and 104.6%. The UV spectra of N-pentylpyridine tetrafluoroboric acid (AP-BFST4) ionic liquids in ethanol, water, methanol and acetonitrile were studied experimentally. The UV spectra of ionic liquids were easily affected by the polarity of solvents and the acidity and alkalinity. The content of AP-BF4 in water, methanol and acetonitrile. The standard working curve is drawn at the maximum absorption wavelength. The recoveries of ionic liquids in ethanol, water, methanol and acetonitrile were determined by standard addition method.
